Lincoln's food storage

In the battle to start Lincoln on solid foods, and perhaps with our life of living on student loans, it was hard for me to swallow the price of baby fruits and veggies. I found some money saving tips online. Yesterday Dean and I spent hours in the kitchen preparing Lincoln for the winter. He now has at least 24 servings of apples, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas and carrots. Over 100 meals for under $10.00. It should be a winter supply and if he doesn't eat the whole serving, I don't have to think-don't waste this golden food.

Now the real battle will be teaching him to eat these yummy healthy foods. First stab at peas:-)
