South Ogden 1 month down

One month has already come and gone while living in our new little home in South Ogden. This place is growing on us every day. Here a a bunch of random pictures from the last month of our life. We are so blessed to be where we are and have what we have and mostly blessed to have each other!
Lincoln has made huge progress this week. I now feel like I can say that he is almost walking. He'll walk with just one adult finger now, He's taken a few steps on his own, and he'll stand on his own for a few seconds too. He likes to push this end table across the floor. I'm sure the floor likes it too. Of course, by the time the camera came out he made it to the end of his course.

We planned to go camping last weekend, then that storm in the background scared us away. We made it maybe half a mile up Waterfall hike, then the pouring rain chased us back down the mountain.

When the hike didn't work out, we decided on ice cream instead.

Lincoln wasn't too bummed to quit hiking for this!

Of course the next morning was hot and sunny so we made it to the Waterfall.

Lincoln really likes his new house. He has so much to explore

And climb on

And climb into.

Linc is attempting the yogurt on his own. He loves to make a mess in the high chair.
This picture doesn't show, but Lincoln gets to look at a huge tree while he's eating. Sometimes it's distracting-he loves it!

Linc really finds all of the corners of the house to climb on and around.

At the waterfall, Lincoln's saying hello

There's the waterfall, clear up there!

And there is one happy kid and his daddy

That was an exhausting hike. Good thing my lip will hold up my head so I can sleep.

Lincoln does laps around the coat rack. I'll be honest it takes a lot of effort and grunting on his part, but he's persistent.

My kid is a "blankie boy" If that blanket touches him, the thumb goes right in the mouth. Tired or not. Sometimes he's just playing and sees his blanket in the crib. He'll go touch the blanket through the crib an suck his thumb.
Just a quick clip of a few seconds in the life of Lincoln. He is usually pretty good at entertaining himself in whatever room he is in. If he gets board, he'll just head to the next adventure in another place in his new house.
