We celebrated my mom's birthday playing pickleball in Centerville.

Uncle RP is doing his best to become "buddy buddy" with Ezra.

 My niece Brynley came home from her mission. We met the Graham's for a short hike to Blood Lake at the top of Guardsmans Pass. 

 We biked the boys to school for a couple of weeks...Ezra just isn't quite big enough to sit in there by himself without getting strangled.

 Our friend Josh came over to play, and he was entertaining as he fed Ezra.

 Must be a baby-he loves the swing!

 We went pretty low key for Dean's birthday this year. We had soccer and meetings on the night of his birthday, so we threw him a "surprise party" the day before. I cooked salmon for the first time in my life, hoping it would be a special treat. 

 The boys were anxiuos to have a pinata, but I wasn't about to buy a pinata for the birthday boy who didn't care about a pinata, so we made one. And it worked out just right.

 Ezra loves our new family picture! That kid can get anywhere now. He's a great army crawler!

 Ezra likes this swing too, but not quite as much.

 The annual Jog-a-thon was another hit. In that a lot of kids ran, and got water bottles. Lincoln ran hard, most of the time. He loves anything where there are bragging rights. Every lap was a bracelet.

 Thomas even joined in a couple of laps with Oliver. Oliver ran as hard as any other kindergartner out there. His mom was at least impressed! Side note, notice the size of Oliver's ear. He got a bug bite overnight, and his ear tripled in size.

 We met with Amy's family for a fun Saturday adventure. We hiked Doughnut Falls. Mostly on our own, and then met them on our way down. Once again, all the kids got along splendidly!

 I love it when we are in the mountains. It's everyone's happy place! 

 After the hike, we took their family on some downtown adventures. We had a picnic at the library, spent a couple of hours at the library, and had a great time on trax!

 I was asked to start a "mother's playgroup". It was a giant success from the get-go...now, 3 months into it, it's usually Thomas, Ezra and me.

 I thought it was time to have this kid wear a helmet on our rides. I don't know if it is the right thing for him.

 We took our friends the Little's to Sugarhouse park to play in the river. Well, there wasn't much of a river left, so it was perfect for playing in the tunnel!

 Lincoln was doing his best to lift his friend Rosie onto the bars...it was a good try!

 In primary, I told the kids they would get a gold star on their forehead if they could answer a question. Sure enough, Lincoln answered the question, and I didn't have a gold star. Lucky for me, Oliver colored one in his class, so I could later award Lincoln with a "gold star on his forehead".

 Not only can Ezra army crawl, he's getting pretty good at stairs.

 We hiked to Ensign Peak on another perfect Fall day. These boys are great hikers!

 Oliver wore this superhero cape on the hike, on his bike, and to the park. It pretty much made my day! He also biked all the way to this park, which was at the top of a hill over a mile away. Its fun to have big kids!
