March 2024

I took the younger three boys to St. George on the way to Las Vegas for Thomas' soccer tournament. We played with the Poll's one full day and went to the new Red Cliff's Temple open house.
They were a bit irreverent, but had fun playing in the fountain.
We went to Gunlock. The waterfalls were perfect, it was beautiful, and Kaitlyn was so brave to get into the FREEZING cold water!

It was such a beautiful day! This is Kate!

All of the kids loved the sand!

We took Gavin with us to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the weather was absolutely terrible. There was the windstorm like I've never experienced, and Thomas got to play in that, while we tried to cheer. One of the games, Oliver and Gavin stood behind the goal to get all of the loose balls, which were most of them that got touched going in the direction of the wind. Needless to say, there wasn't a lot to do between games that didn't cost an arm and a leg. We played the alphabet game at Walmart and found something with each letter of the alphabet. We also spent an arm and a leg at Chuck-E-Cheese on the arcades for a full 30 minutes...but then we had more time to kill. Thank you Walmart!
There was an hour prior to one of Thomas' games that we were able to endure some playground time. But it was cold, and windy!
This is when they were attempting to throw a football in the wet wind, but it just wasn't happening. But there was a pretty cool rainbow!
We were trying to go bowling with the team, but the lanes had a three hour wait time. It was a memorable weekend to say the least, and he gets to try it again this year. (in just two weeks from the time I'm finally writing this) We all hope the weather cooperates a little better this time around.
Oliver was stoked that his class went on a field trip to the aquarium. I was stoked they went on a Tuesday so I could go as a chaperone! Here's Oliver with his very favorite animal in the whole wide world:-)
I got to take these fun kids around. They actually were a ton of fun!

This is our friend Jack! He's one of Oliver's besties.
We got to go to SnowBasin as a family. Thanks to some good friends who shared their passes with Lincoln and Ezra and Dean. This was everyone's first time on a gondola. They loved it!
When Ezra falls, he always takes some time before getting up to eat some snow.
It was a beautiful bluebird day!
Lincoln was Townsperson #6 in Frozen at his school play. Khari, Vanessa and the boys were there to support!
I got to go on a spring ride to Antelope Island with some ladies. It was fun to get out again. Unfortunately, some bison were on our trail so we didn't get to finish the loop we started.
Natalie took Leo and I took Oliver out of school for a fun day at Snow Basin!
Then we met up with Catherine and Holly:-) It's so pretty up there!
For Oliver's birthday, we went night skiing at Brighton. We went with the Blackhursts and the Packard's. We made burritos up that canyon and had some cupcakes to celebrate. I think everyone had a really, fun time!

Oliver was able to participate in a debate tournament for his school. He's getting so big and grown up!
His partner was his buddy Derek
Our friend Cyndi treated the boys to a pizza as big as our table. They were on cloud 9!
We went to Highland to watch Hudson, Charlotte and Hazel in their school play. They were fantastic!
Oliver got some science experiments from his grandma for his birthday. The boys had fun experimenting!
Ezra+Sugar=Big Smiles!!!
The boys did a couple of puppet shows. They were so creative and had tickets and treats for the viewers. I was very impressed with their creativity.
Oliver has been really engaged at Taekwondo. It's been very good for him!
Ezra was happy to get his trophy for indoor soccer...yep, it's one of those leagues where everyone gets a trophy!
Oliver and Thomas played on a team together as well, and they got a trophy too.
South Salt Lake for the win again. These boys made a haul at the Easter Egg hunt/gather.
Easter Sunday. Another day of getting candy!
More live action shows for mom and dad. These boys have fun acting with their stuffed animals while Oliver narrates the show.
