May 2017

Thomas found this bag of cookies and helped himself to them for an afternoon picnic on the trampoline.
Wheeler Farm is another fun field trip!
 Hi Cows!!!
And now we have a 2 year old. We didn't have time to celebrate on his actual birthday, but who says you can't have a hostess cupcake at the park on your actual birthday?

A couple of days after Thomas' birthday we went bowling to celebrate. Thomas is a pretty strong 2 year old if I do say so myself!
Oh, and we did get him some real cake and ice cream.
He got a bunch of trucks and bulldozers...Having all boys is so fun, because they all like the same stuff!
Once a week, Oliver has school and it's just me and Thomas. This kid knows how to light up my life!
Oliver got kindergarten shots and we didn't hold back in the reward!

We got Dean's mom a fairy garden for Mother's Day. The kids have loved putting it together with her!
Ryan hosted a Mother's Day swim party this year. Thomas finally took to swimming!
More This is the Place fun!
Lincoln did some artwork that made me smile!
I had a friend who gave the boys a couple days of free swimming lessons. Lincoln got pretty good pretty fast, and Oliver just wanted to keep his head above water.
We took 7 kids rock climbing...they were good sports.
It turns out, Liberty Park can be pretty fun too!
Marissa and I took 8 kids under 6 on a hike up Farmington Canyon. They did great!

On Memorial Day weekend, we did some cemetary visits. They boys had a good time looking at all of the flowers and they each were responsible for one set of flowers. We saw GG's grave.
 And Grandpa Great's grave.
 And Grandpa Graham's grave.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINCOLN!!!! To say that a 6 year old's birthday is exciting is an understatement! It is such a day of anticipation, and it's hard for me as a mom, to not want to live up to that anticipation. Lincoln asked for a bike, specifically one that had already been gifted to us by an old neighbor.
This is a very anxious 6 year old!
We did our first urban camping experience in our backyard the night before Lincoln's birthday. Getting kids to sleep, is not easy in a tent!
As part of Lincoln's birthday surprise, we told them that another baby would be coming to our house before Christmas. Once the confusion wore off, they were very excited!
We had Lincoln's first birthday party with friends.
We had a BBQ, and cake and ice cream,
and got to jump on the wet trampoline!
That's what I call one handsome 6 year old!
The day after Lincoln's birthday, he got to be spotlighted and eat treats with his class.
The boys loved playing with Lincoln's new gifts. These were from Grandpa Poll
To end the month, we went on another adventure hike with Holly. She's so good to get me out and about with my kiddos!
